the first one and the third one yes, number two its not worth it, get some induction pipe from a 57i kit or from a hardware shop and use that will be better for ducting the cold air.
Remeber to get number 1 first run it in the get the phase 2 ecu upgrade. (not calling you thick but some people who go for everything in one go)
The manifolds seem a fair price for bother inlet and exhaust as the inlet alone can cost over £1000. it might be worth looking to germany for the parts and getting them shipped as it will be quite a bit cheaper than regal or courtenay prices. Try ebay in germany or use dbilas site but im not sure what it is off the top of my head. If i remeber i will let you know.

oh yer, well thats something now to me.
TBH as it says only worth running on cars with over 230 bhp. but then again cant hurt to get more air into the engine. you gonna get head work done to it.

yer but the best thing about theses big firms is that they know what there talkin about and u get everything you need!
am planin on gettin all of them and the enlarged tbodie from courtency sport!
so will be near 190 bhp at flywheel!
also i want a lighten flywheel so the car will rev more freely!

A big throttle body is quite a high power mod.
Id get more air flowing first to get the biggest gain from it, ie, more boost, cooler charge etc..
