slammed more with the front beam narrowed off, maybe tubbed  motor wise undecided, possibly a 1776cc, 2110cc or leave the 1600cc in with renault 5 turbo! hopefully get something sorted before beetles v minis at york

No, keep it aircooled, 1.6. Those buses weren't built to go fast so don't make it. The aircooled 1.6 sounds the best and suits it down to the ground imo. Reliable too.
