Very nice matey How much boost is it running? Be very careful as the import cars are mapped for a higher RON level of fuel than in the UK which can cause problems The only company to make seat rails for these cars is bride and Cobra, but cobra will only sell the rails with a set of seats.

how do you not know what boost its running, when clear as day, unless my eye s decieve me, there is a boost guage stareing you in the face, mounted on the steering column.

If your fitting a tubular manifold, get some braided water and oil feeds. The flex on the manifolds can easily snap the OEM metal items Also, for fitting the FMIC, you'll either have to relocate the battery to the boot, or get a small race battery, as the cold pipe goes through the battery tray.

well things arnt of to a good start . i was on my way into work when sumone came shooting across a round about to wards the side of my car an i had no choice but to drive onto the kerb at about 15-20mph which caused me to bend my lower suspention arm an take a large chunk out of my wheal. if i hadnt of moved out of the way he wud have taken the side of my car out but wot made it worse was that he drove of leaving me there. the parts have cost me £120 which is alot cheaper than a new side of a car. but all i hope is that things get better

When you get the lower arm, check the condition of the ball joint as they often tend to split the rubbers when they are removed.
Nissan dont sell the ball joints seperatly, only with a complete bottom arm, so if the ball joints knackered you may need the complete item from Nissan.
There is a company in the states that will sell the ball joints on there own, if you need some gimmie a shout and Ill try and hunt the name down as I bought a pair for my 5 stud conversion - not cheap, but works out cheaper than the full Nissan bottom arm, plus Nissan UK wont recognise your chassis number for parts as it an import.
If the bottom arm has been bent, also check the tie rod and associated bushes, and the antiroll bar link arm.

Nice, take it easy tho, ive had mine for just over 12 months and still shat meself going fast through bends etc. Love the JDM spec heater controls, much better than the crap UK ones. Got to get meself a rear JDM bumper tho, and one of them front splitters. Oh yeah, throw some Tesco 99RON in it, just to make sure!

As I mentioned the other night mate, Id really consider relocating the battery to the boot before you fit the cooler. The small battery in the engine bay doesnt really work that well On earlyer 200's Ive had Ive fitted the smaller battery, but always relocated to the boot. The last 2 Ive had, Ive relocated first time round to save faffing round with the battery twice.

ok its bin a while since i updated this topic so heres the update over the past few weeks ive had alot arive at my door from apexthe was the frount mounted intercooler which has made quite a drierance once it was fitted .i removed a small device in the boost pipes which took my boost up to 0.7 bar from 0.5 but after i fitted the intercooler it droped back down to 0.5 due to the size of the intercooler new intercoller set up this is the stanard size while this was beeing fitted we removed the boost limiter which gave me lees boost in 1st 2nd and 3rd gears an more in 4th an 5th .we also took the charcole canister of and the front fog lights.i also removed the dumpvale an blocked the pipe of an fitted a k an n fillter so now i have a nice chatter noise.i also fitted a small pipercross fillter to the breather on the rocker cover so that the oil over time doesnt get into the intercooler here are some pics of it beeing fitted i have also bought some more parts as well i have had a short shifter a apexi avcr boost controoler tubular manifold with 2xbraided hoses for the oil an 1 for the water a decat pipe welbro fuel pump i have also fitted a 35 mm lowering kit whick had stifend the car up quite abit a given it a lower ride hight
