their is a place in moreton that is open on a sunday called formula 4 am pretty sure they would have one in stock also motorworld and halfords will definatley have one without a doubt.

Yeah Formula 4 is good, Jim stocks a lot of stuff in there given the size of the shop.

 whelan must have been cold that day their is a place in moreton that is open on a sunday called formula 4 am pretty sure they would have one in stock also motorworld and halfords will definatley have one without a doubt. Halfords didnt and said I would have to order it in. Will give Formula 4 and Motorworld a ring 2moro

Anyone know if Senars is open tomorrow morning?
 Not on a sunday mate - they only do a 1/2 day on Saturday...

I left arsing round trying to get an oil filter for this weekend, will get one for next weekend though. Managed to get a bit done today... Finished theexhaust system off just need to weld my boot so I can fix the duplex in place. Also got all the connectors and hoses on and fitted a new ignition arm.

Don't like giving timescales as it never works out.
Hopefully back on the road before the end of the year though.

Good work Joe, on your own and being very short in height too. Looking nice the Duplex in deed  Did you use any exhaust paste on the Joins ? "Of the Exhaust that is" Much better pics

where did you get your center pipe mate? just curious for the length of s/s pipe, and the s/s flexi exhaust from eBay. The exhaust has probably cost the most up to now (with the exception of the re-con head) as ive had so much messing about getting the wrong sizes and things. U'l need it Haha hopefully it'll be done before it gets too cold! Picked up an oil filter from Senars before, so fingers crossed, running this weekend

Its goin good so far. I have everything fitted engine wise now and filled it with oil and coolant today.
only gotta check everythin over and hope it starts first time.
