im not sure how tunable a 850cc engine is,i reckon it'd be best to go for a carb of some sort,a huge one.Any maybe NOS,other than that,i think ur ****ed for performance, strip it,every couple of KGs lost is equivalent to 1 BHP gained

Its hard to describe it It will have a period look, ripping out the seats putting new cobra's in and back seat also. New dash with the centred clock, keeps character! It will look nice i can assure you Will look simple and tidy, very straight car... I cant see myself taking it round a 'track' I will post up more pics etc as time goes on. Just getting it on the road is my main concern atm

Thought about the Mini performance wise, The only things i could really think of is to port polish the manifold, freeflow system, Rc40 exhaust and maybe a twin carb, but that also means twice the petrol used! Hmm, no thanks but great performance wise ONCE you have got the needles correct!

The 850 engine: Good points: Relatively good rev range, Has a 3.77 FD in there which will help it along, .........

plans sound good, looks like you have it all sorted! you're price looks tiny compared to my bill! think i've spent that already! i do have some group 2 fiber glass arches if your intertessted but they do need a bit of work? just pm me. as for performance if you put a lower final drive in there you could probabily keep up with some 1.1 fiestas or 1.2 corsas lol! when do you expect to have this all finished?
![[Linked Image]](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v162/steveobennet/sig1.jpg) always looking for those bigger bunches of bananas!

CW doesnt have a "taste" mate, everyones opinion is different, some people love proper in ya face styling, some love jags and range rover, some love performance, and most like any sort of modifiedd car,ur plans sound cool, theyre not "chav" in any way.And this is ur first car so performance doesnt need to be immense, only after about 18 months of driving will you really desire speed, mods look good, that manifold looks reet wierd, never seen a manifold for a 3 cyl before
