my tyre size is a bit odd actually. im gonna get 195/40/16s.
the advantages of having these instead of 195/45/16s are:
*its got the same rolling circumference as the 14" ones ford supply it with.
*i wont need to change the gear ratios
*accelaration will still be pretty much the same (slow)
*they shouldnt rub on the arches
*only pirelli, dunlop and continental make them and they cost a fortune (90quid each)
*it'll beharsh ride -now that ive got my new springs and dampers (which lower it 40mm)
but apart from that....its all fun and games
i wont b e getting my alloys for a few weeks now
the guy said he'd have them in for me today....but he phoned and said a fornight
