Irony,steve foulkes is going to open Guinea Gap fitness suite as the mayor.The tosser was trying to close guinea 5 or 6 years ago. over to you Rude!

I had the misfortune of standing next to him at the bar in a pub once during the Merseyside Derby, he isn't shy about turning the air blue about anyone playing his beloved blues.......

Now that's a coincidence, a former Mayor of Wirral, Mike Cooke who opened the refurbished Guinea Gap centre, also bore the nickname "Bubbles" during his working career.

ludwigvan i bow down to your superior knowledge as bubbles was the mayor a few years before foulkes took the chains and further screwed this council up!

We always used to call him Swampy when he worked at Unilever.
