Irony,steve foulkes is going to open Guinea Gap fitness suite as the mayor.The tosser was trying to close guinea 5 or 6 years ago. over to you Rude!

i do believe his nickname is bubbles Now that's a coincidence, a former Mayor of Wirral, Mike Cooke who opened the refurbished Guinea Gap centre, also bore the nickname "Bubbles" during his working career.

i do believe his nickname is bubbles We always used to call him Swampy when he worked at Unilever. Had a habit of chewing the end of his tie so I believe
