What a great night as promised by all,
23 cars in our convoy as we left the Wirral, wow fantastic, just bigger and better every time.
Departed on time and as we left home the rain began but not too put any of us off.
Pit stop at the services and pretty much took over the car park,
leaving there was impressive as a 23 car convoy took the inside lane as cars passed and stared.
Arrived at BBG 6 and took up position looking great as usual,
and watched the car park fill up.
I had the opportunity to speak with the admin form BBGTI
and it was obvious that the weather put a damper on the normal huge turn outs.
Not to spoil things as Vicky kindly followed me around with her brolly to keep the rain of the camera..
Cheers hun
.
Greer and a couple of others were the smart ones as we didn’t realise until it was too late to move
that one side of the car park had shelter from the worst of the rain.
But next time we can rush for the spaces lol.
At last the car park lights came on and that was an instant change to the night.
The police showed up but no trouble at all and Kim and Danielle formed and alliance with them, good bunch from what I hear.
Found my mate from Preston with the corsa with all the
subs and subs and subs and subs and speakers and speakers..
Zubbs I think his name is, cracking block full of info.
175db is enough to blow your windows out, I didn’t know that,
he had it sound tested and with the boot open for the air to work with the subs reached a massive 194db
if I remember correctly and 174db with the boot closed.
This car has really come along since I seen it 6 months ago,
I didn’t recognise it to be honest. it’s a corsa and now he has a body kit on it
and the interior sorted and a screen with
sky unbelievable so we tuned into sky news lol..
Smoke system built in to the front grill, I think it was dry ice and was great.
Spinners on the rims, which I learned a lot about and how they spin too which was interesting.
The difference in this car was unbelievable like I said, he has plans for bigger subs in the near future.
I expect to see it in the top magazines soon as it’s a head turner with out a doubt.
Plenty of nice cars there too,
the gold civic showed up nice with the refection’s of the water on the floor.
Some great mini’s there and it was a nice touch His and Hers,
check the gallery all will become clear.
And a smart looking smart car with the eyelids fitted, and much more.
Neon’s coming alive in the darkness and that’s nice as it seems ages since we have seen them on show for all.
BBG 6 had all the potential to be massive but the weather did play a big part on the overall turn out unfortunately,
as I said this was made clear to me by “smartarse” Admin at BBG “top bloke”
cheers for the chat and we cant wait for the next one, its worth the ride.
Thanks to “holly” for suggesting that we take a look at Blackpool lights,
that was fun, god knows what the council is doing down there?
Around the world to get to the front to see them all.
Looked great, and we found greer again result lol.
So time for a quick pic before we left and a great group picture
of the members who came to Blackpool.
Emergency Peeeeee stop
on the way back at our soon to be favourite services as we travel
that way in the future. And then home driving through Liverpool..
Great night and it is thanks to everyone who turned up and made it what it was.
BBGTI was impressed with our turn out and hope to be there again soon.
New faces again, and more new friends.
Sounds like the camping weekend is going to be a great success
as there was a lot of interest,
so check the forum up n coming convoys for the latest details.
Thanks again to every memeber, YOU ALL made it another cruisewirral success..
