hello I have a Toyota landcrusier 3.0 td prado I have trouble starting it changed heater plugs and fuel filter still the same and sometimes when pull off it wont move just very slow

Cold Start? Hot Start? Does it run ok when it warms up? Any blue / black smoke?
Could be an air leak in the fuel system, could also be a number of other things - need more info to help narrow it down.

Does it have a MAF or Air Mass Sensor?
