I'm really upset and wondering if you knew what sites it could go on a large black cat has been put on the middle island at arrowe park pub lights, ( dead )at the turn for landican cemetery, I have just messaged wirral newsbeat to see if I have to but it on animals lost and found or there main page , could you help ? surely it will be missed , thanks, xxxx

Perhaps notify the RSPCA ,most caring owners would probably ring and ask there - I would imagine they keep a book of 'losts' in case anything comes in they can match up , so they could let the person know . Otherwise, google for missing pets sites.
