as above ... my old pc is slowly grinding to a halt after many years of service so im in the market for something to replace it.... primarily i need it for editing photos and surfing the web, so if it has some photo editing software that would help.
Ideally I want to spend around 50 - 80 quid ish.
Also i wont be able to pick up until later in the week because of work.
