There is the 423, except it goes via Moreton, Upton, Woodchurch, Prenton and the centre of Birkenhead, before arriving in the centre of Liverpool about an hour later.

Route 423 between Seacombe and Liverpool: from SEACOMBE FERRY (VICTORIA PLACE) via Victoria Place, Church Road, Brighton Street, King Street, Seabank Road, Manor Road, Liscard Village, Liscard Crescent, Mill Lane, St Albans Road, Wallasey Road, St Hilary Brow, Breck Road,
Wallasey Village, Leasowe Road, Gardenside, Twickenham Drive, Castleway South, Birket Avenue, Reeds Lane, Hoylake Road, Stavordale Road, Chapelhill Road, Cherrytree Road, Sandbrook Lane, Glebelands Road, Upton Road, Pasture Road, Maryland Lane, Town Meadow Lane, Bermuda Road, Hoylake Road, Upton Road, Moreton Road, Arrowe Park Road, Woodchurch Road, Singleton Avenue, Borough Road, Clifton Crescent, Argyle Street, Conway Street, Birkenhead Bus Station, Conway Street, Tunnel Approach, Queensway Tunnel, Old Haymarket, Whitechapel, Crosshall Street,
Dale Street to LIVERPOOL CITY CENTRE (DALE STREET).

Get the train, half the price, runs on time, and only takes 15 mins. Oh, and 2 stations in the Village

Impera did briefly introduce a route last year from Saughall Massie to Liverpool via Moreton, Leasowe, Wallasey Village, Liscard and Poulton. Some wally forgot to register the route officially and it got pulled after two days.
