Strangely enough, my waste bin (the green coloured one) can only just cope with the amount of rubbish I have (thanks to excess packaging from supermarkets) so I'm afraid no matter how legal it is to put hedge clippings, grass cuttings etc in it, I just don't have the room.

So its only really the gardening 'nutters' who have gardening as a hobby - who need a brown bin for their constant projects - so not me - with my postage stamp lawn...!
Glad I never forked out ! OH I see, if you have a garden and enjoy gardening then your a ' Nutter ' thats a novel and inane observation. YES!

Sorry Santo what I meant was if you are up at 7 in a suburban area - with your unsilenced petrol lawnmower-type gardening nut.
Nut - Nutter - just different degress of obsession....
I love sitting in my garden - not that fond of the gardening.
Some of my neighbours spend the whole weekend slashing and zizzing at things and end up with dull antiseptic gardens and a bad back....!
