Does anyone know where I can obtain some beeswax from local bees. About a month ago I emailed someone on the Wirral Beekeepers website but they never replied. I'm looking for some to make salve and candles. Thanks.

They have Bee hives at the back at Tam'o'Shanter farm.
Or there is quite a few local honey makers you find their honey in Claremount Farm shop and other farm shops. Perhaps look at the label for contact info.
If you pop down to Wirral Farmers market in New Ferry that's held once a Month (find on FB)there is a stall selling local honey. They also sell Beeswax products that they make themselves, they might give you some advise and point you in the right direction.
