Could someone please tell me how I go about making a menu as a PDF file, so I can upload it to a website so people can download it.
But still be able to update it as and when required.
Thanks.

Use adobe reader to open a word document (your menu). Then save it as *.pdf
You may be able to save as from ms word but this may depend on which version you are using.

Or just email it to me and I will return you a PDF if that helps.

In Microsoft Word 2010 you can save docs as a PDF file in the drop down menu.

Basically you don't want to save something as a PDF you want to send it to print as a PDF> You chose PDF as your printer, try Primo as above or cute PDF there are plenty available.

It's not hard.
Willo once you have your menu send it to me and I'll open it in word and save as a PDF and send it back.
I'll give you my email and any updates you make I'll save again for you.
Really is simplest of the simple. Works on my Mac and my windows laptop.
If you need the software, I'll put it on a disc and you can come and collect it, let me know your OS.

Download CUTE PDF, it adds a virtual printer so when you click FILE - PRINT it "prints" to a PDF document.
