I've had a couple of these recently from my daughters school but I thought I would post this. I know many schools are coming to a close for the summer but still, quite worrying.

Dear parent/carer,

We have been made aware of a notice on the website of Redcourt, a close neighbouring school, as below –

STRANGER DANGER
It has been reported that a child was approached twice on Devonshire Place, on Friday 5th July at approximately 3.40pm, by a man offering a lift. The man is approximately 6ft, dark ‘skin head’ hair, unshaven and wearing a grey T-Shirt and tracksuit bottoms. Please be vigilant and report any incidents or sightings to the Police.

Please be vigilant and remind your daughters/ wards of stranger danger.

its getting worse around here!

i'm all for cctv everywhere and id cards, it would stop all this from happening but nooo, too many are against it!
they must have something to hide! invasion of privacy my ass! at least it would be a little safer on the streets and less stressful for parents.
