Thats the other end of the Dock Road to the Penny Bridge, its the four bridges by 12 Quays surely.

yes the fair is the other end of dock rd, bottom of Kelvin rd.

The fair is at seacombe end of dock road, at the bottom of kelvin rd. The gypsy camp is at the other end next to the tip.
