I spotted
this water colour on the St Marys page that was linked to in another thread.
I was wondering, where do you think the artist was standing when he painted it?
I think it must be the top of Holt Hill area.

Yes, its by a painter called John Glover, around 1840.

I'd go for left to right- St James's, Flaybrick, St Marys, St Johns(demolished) and Christ Church,Oxton.
