South Island Diet, got to lose 14lbs in 2 weeks and this one works. I'm going to miss my pints though.  Let us know how you get on with your diet,Maybe share a few tips with us. I am having Salmon tonight.

Yesterday made a mousakka from scratch, smelled nice ,looked nice,tasted loverly , would do again but with less meat sauce. Only one in the family did'nt like aubergine.
Daugther off to-day , doing Soup from scratch again!!
