ust got back on line yesterday after a harrowing few weeks during which I had so many viruses on my computer that i had to get rid of everything and start again from scratch
Does anyone please have a decent size ships bell I can borrow for a day on Wednesday to toll at my best friends funeral
He was a merchant navy seaman
I am quite happy to leave a sizeable cash deposit

Having spent 20 years at sea i am concerned how you are going to carry a ships bell from memory a ships bell will weigh about 15 kilos plus.
You can download a ships bell app for a phone from google play.
I hope you manage to get sorted.

They have a portable type one at the RNA Birkenhead, Park Road West. I think with proper safeguards in place they may possibly be of assistance, worth a go.
