For those people who are thinking of completing the questionair that has been published, please do some reaserch on Mr Burgess and what he did at Blackburn.
You will see lots of reports on how well he did, this was with funding during his first couple of years, once that stopped the decline started and services depeted, look for the real stories, you have been warned.
