Hi I'm just posting on here to see If anyone would be interested in joining a Weights Club that I run with a friend.
At the moment there are only the two of us and we would like to see more people join our group, we run our sessions on a Friday evening from 7:30 to 9:00 at Serpentine Family church and there is no charge.
We require that members are 18+ and are non judgemental towards other trainers as we have a zero tolerance attitude to bullying and anyone doing so will be asked to leave.
All abilities welcome please inbox me if you are coming so I can keep track of the members and let you know in the event we aren't running for whatever reason.

Hey! I'm interested but your pm's are full! Do we need to bring weights or are they already there? I'm trying to lose weight and get fitter but I'm just lacking motivation.
