Today I be mainly eating boiled bacon ribs and spring cabbage, or as I call it, a banquet. With a slice of wholemeal bread and butter of course.

Ah, but it's very delicious Zubes. Stuff I used to get fed on yonks ago and couldn't get for love or money when I was away. When I'm on this I'm a bit like Desperate Dan and his cow pie.
