for sale i have a nordic track cross trainer,has lots of features ipod compatible mains powered,sd card with training programs pulse monitor.

Nice bit of kit that Dave,I've got a cross trainer myself and I can't praise it enough,just put your favourite music on and the time flys by.If I had the room I'd buy it for a spare.Good luck with the sale.
