can any one help i have a windows 7 laptop with 2 user accounts but one u need a password for anythin u install or download which i dont have can anyone help or give advice thanks

Get any data off it using a portable HDD, format and reinstall windows.

The password you are being asked for is the administrator password.

i have sorted the password but now need to remove net intelligance if anyone noes of a way there is ways on internet but im unsure how to do it thanks

most pc shops will do it with a little known program so you kon boot your pc and bypass the user password

You mean you lost password of the admin account? Then you need to reset windows password to run programs as administrator. Read this article to get more information:
