Noticed this building while out working in Birkenhead, As it seems very old and relatively untouched through its obvious old age thought some of you guy's and gals may like a stab at guessing its location.

All wrong i am afraid, This was a hard one as you probably would never notice it. I spotted it while turning around in River Street, It is the back of one of the shops next door to Mcdonalds in Birkenhead, If anyone knows anything about it that would be great, It certainly looks older than anything else on that row.
