Lol been starving all night rude, didn't want to cook when I got in  Beans on toast mmm, with lots of butter on the toast  ,toast some cheese on top Paul.

Just finished work an got a large big mac meal with double cheeseburger an strawberry milkshake Wasn't hungry til I read that... ...looks like just beans n toast for me !! not good for you, have a nice salad lol beans on toast my fav

getting spoilt today mates are cooking hot chilli pepper con carni and apple crumble with custard.
tomorrow back on diet 3 knicker sizes down haha
