It's delish, spicy and tasty, best mixed with neeps and tatties, that's mash and turnip or swede, taste the same but you get more with a swede!

oh ste, what i would do for cheesecake, but iam on a diet, porridge as its more filling and slower to release, almonds for energy and prunes as there a speed food and helps with weight loss quicker. its cheesecakes (too many of them) that have me on this diet. max
