hang on a mo,my draws wouldn't bring a light aircraft in to land. now here, bridgit jones was popular with larger ones. sorry i mentioned it. cant we chat about rude's dentures again.lol max

everybloodything Employ the '20 minute rule'. Ie eat and then wait 20 minutes before you eat more. Chances are that you are not as hungry as you think you are.

Haha. If you wish  Honestly, it works. Eat A portion may be and then just wait.....before you scoff some more! Example: Pringles and a Dip. Instead of having a tube of Prings each, me and the hub share. He says: 'still want more, dawn' i say '20 minute rule john' He says after 20 mins 'you are right, Dawn' I say nothing. I'm always right. X
