Something that is bringing the engine light on will need code reading to diagnose - its the quickest, cheapest and easiest way to find the fault smile

Try Vauxcare down by Lairds - Vauxhall experience, but not dealer prices smile

try one of these mate as it will read all the codes on your car and is only 20 ..

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/OP-COM-OPCOM-V...=item256ba1e2a6

if you own a vaux there a lifesaver and saves you getting charged 15+ each time you have to go somewere to have it read ..
if its used once then its payed for itself ..
easy to use too

If the egr was blocked you would notice the power would be lower than it used to be at all times.
