I pod touch 2nd generation has scratches on the back but nothing major this was due to the plastic cases. Therefore bought a leather one to protect it. This doesn't effect the I pod in anyway. This is jail broken so all set up to get your favourite games. Comes complete with brand new ear phones,Flip open leather case to protect your I pod,usb lead and the apple box it came in when i bought it.
