hi
long shot but does anyone know anything about employment rights, ie being kept after every shift without being asked..breaks etc...

Can you tell more?? Im an employer and have worked in the retail/supermarket game as a manager. ALSO....i have a meeting on 2nd April with an employment rights manager to explain my rights as an amployer and my staffs rights! Some new legislations coming in soon i think.

When you say your being kept what do you mean? having to work an extra hour or 2 after shift end time, we have no choice?

Is the extra time paid or unpaid? Do u work 40 hours it more?
