my ps3 40gb has decided to stop working now.
switches on ejects the game in and out,
But dosent seem to want to start the game.
Its nothing to with dust or overheating.
any suggestions.are welcome thanks

Okay i should have put this on digitial wirral, maybe a mod can move this for me.
No its all blank, fan is going but no sound or pic was working perfect the other day.
gutted thats 2 ps3 out of order. one got ylod but i am going to follow step by step instructions for this.
The 40gb just puzzled about that.

And the problem persists after formatting/reinstalling the latest firmware on the ps3? Are you using CFW?
