The best you can hope for in the next few years are sailings by Fred Olsen Lines and Cruise and Maritime which operate small ships. The large Carnival Corporation brand ships (Cunard, P&O etc) will require large passenger terminals for cruise turnarounds - much bigger than can be provided for on Plot 7 (the old Isle of Man Steam Packet Terminal site) on Prince's Parade.
