I heard that there was once a murder of a woman upstairs at the George and Dragon pub, Argyle St. Birkenhead. Apparently it was sometime in the 1950s but not for sure. Does anyone have any memory or info on this event?

Just read the other thread and remembered that what my dad actually said was George didn't kill the dragon, the dragon killed George! Sorry!!
