why not try birkenhead running club, they meet about 5pm at the end of levers causeway [beb end] on a tuesday thursday night and saturday sunday mornings at 9.30am ish.

I know it's not running, but saw a big group of people walking down the road before all with Nordic Walking Poles walking really fast, made me giggle but I wanted to join in!!

Ive just started back after a year out i lost over 3 stone this time last year but ive managed to put it all back on and stopped excersizing so needless to say im very unfit at the moment i start the gym again in the morning but if i can back to running say 5k i a month or 2 i will deffo be up for it. one of the main reasons i stopped going last time was traning on my own got very very boring.
