a walnut whip mmmmmmmm except Idont eat the walnut Neither do I, can't stand them, just bite the very top off then "extract" the centre. Have to be careful what I write, Wench is on here and she's very excitable.  Cheeky  I love nuts  hahaha

I am going on the Carol Vorderman detox diet on Jan 2nd. It looks painful but I feel the need to balance the books after pigging out all holiday on chocolate brazils and mince pies. I currently weigh almost 15 stones-and I'm only a shortarse at 5'9". It all started 5 years ago when I injured my back playing rugby. The GPs couldn't fix me-so in desperation I went to an holistic therapist who gave me a mercury injection in my spine. Cured me overnight. The only problems, though, were the side-effects. In the summer, I'm 12ft 6-and in the winter, I'm 4ft 2!!!

had a 'jambalaya stack' for tea, aubergines layered with rice and goats cheese with a big slab of garlic bread (and lots of blue cheese sauce from the salad bar  ), was scrumptious!
