IMO if you have no tax/insurance/mot are over the drink drive limit, or claiming bennifits/not declaring income tax etc (and these road side checks often check for all those things) they you deserve all you get!!
when did they start looking to see if your claiming benefits? you've got no tax no insurance your car failed it's MOT and your over the drink drive limit you can go on your way WAIT A MIN is that a dole card in your pocket ok your going down son  Customs and excise (who are also inland revenue) looking for people working and not declaring it and the dss for people claimig benifits and found to be working

should be zero tollerance with drink driving,,, no alcohol at all while you are driving,,, if your gonna drink then get a taxi
