I've just had 2 letters from DVLA with 2 new V5C documents for cars.
Apparently some blue ones have been stolen and they're replacing them with red, is this kosha?

i have not received a red one myself,but i belive it to be kosha as i know of about 12 people who have received the red one through the post.

Yes they are. My Brother's had one for his vehicles.
