It bloody annoys me, Yes mostly Seacombe residents are the stereotypical council estate type, but then there are the someone us who work our arses off too enjoy the finer' things of life!

Yeah, it's 'hear hear' which comes from parliament and is short for 'hear him, hear him' and just signals agreement.
