naff isnt it  am on a strict diet with excersise regine which is harsh, u wanting to loose much weight tombraider?

today is , 200 weights reps per arm, 100 sit ups minimum , run for 30 mins, walk 2 miles and about 100 bicep curls

naff isnt it am on a strict diet with excersise regine which is harsh, u wanting to loose much weight tombraider? i have lost quite a bit Lau, am but back on it.last xmas was terrible i couldnt see my feet lol. but i see them now and my stomach is in shape now. i enjoy salad but when you see nice food on tv its hard. how much you want to loose. your not big Lau!

I am I want to loose at least 2 stone, at the same time though i want to really shape up and get really fit and healthy

I just ate some awful noodles, stupid microwave cover thing didn't do its job and the water (including all the flavour) bubbled up and went out the bowl. I couldn't even finish them they were that tasteless
