Read wallasey news today and says 10 o clock shop has been banned for selling alcohol so why when i just went in their are they still selling ale to ppl!!!

I think the story goes. The licencing sergeant Pete Jenkins will oppose the new licence application. The cretin must still have his old one.He has 21 days to appeal
