The Ark and Stairways are in the same building/block.

stairways is a large tall building and the arch isn't. stairways building has been there for many years and the arch building is a newly built building.

its just someone tryin to jump off the ark it isn't the ark. the ark is behind hamilton square. its is the arch by the firemans public house.
