No problem in CH41 either. I have been with Virgin for my broadband and TV for 6 years now and other than having a modem that went down (which was replaced within 48 hours) and the internet going off for a couple of hours one night about 4 years ago when the whole of Merseyside went down I have never had a problem. The wireless superhub I have now is spot on and has been for the 2 years I`ve had it.

I had Talk Talk for 2 years never ending outages and hours and hours to customer services, went over to BT it was even worse. I can't remember the amount of times they accidentally turned us off at the exchange, they even sent an engineer out once because I had been struck by 10 outages in one month and I had refused to pay my bill. They admitted there was a fault with one of their computers. Virgin have been 100% for 18 months, never ever have a slow service, or any of the BT related regular problems. And not a single outage.
