I'd just like to put my bit in  Blackberry's are s**t!!! Cheaply made tack! I hate them and always will! Get an iPhone for a hassle free mobile experience

Get an iPhone for a hassle free mobile experience I have had my Blackberry for a year with no problems at all even this GPS question I was asking isn't really an issue just more a query, to be honest wouldn't thank you for and IPhone as really don't rate them

I disagree with you ste!
As you well know my blackberry works very well and with no problems,everyone to there own opinion,I have used your phone ste and yes there good but blackberrys can do everything the an Iphone can!

Sorry but you can download an app to make it work, and also you can connect with bluetooth to a Mac Desktop. Turn on your BB bluetooth and find the Mac computer and pair to it. Then go to BB options and Advanced settings>Location settings> and turn on all location options, in the top it will show the Mac computer you connected to leave it like that. then go to facebook app or other GPS app like BB protect and it will show your cell phone location... thanks for this info I will try this and see how I go
