They look cool but obviously they don't conform to the required standards and therefore you couldn't actually have them.
On the subject of number plates, I'm also not a fan of those that are moved around in an attempt to spell something.

The best reg plate I have ever seen was

It doesn't look good there, but when it appears in your rear view mirror it spells
