Component/YPbPr is split into RGB (red, green, blue) cables and suitable for upto 1080p HD. This would still require red and white (or red and black) audio cables. Composite is the single yellow video connector (thus all three colours travel down the same cable), is unsuitable for HD, it is lossy and is noticebly lesser quality than component. The red and white you mention, only carry audio. RGB Scart would outperform composite, so im guessing you do not want composite.

Fair enough, just ensuring you don't get mixed up between component and composite, as the title says component, and the cable being offered is composite.
As far as video connectivity goes, composite is pretty much bottom of the pile for quality, with S-Video, RGB SCART, Component/VGA and DVI/HDMI all being ahead of it.

This one has three colours on it red White and yellow it's got a scary adaptor too. It's unopened out of ps3 box so it will work. I use a hdmi cable. Yes you can have it mate
