Hello people , my daughter has been given the above laptop , but we cant work out how to get online wirelessly , or even if we can with this laptop , as it is quite old...any help or advice will be greatly appreciated .. many thanks Pete

You will need to ensure Windows XP is fully updated (as WZC is usually more reliable than OEM software), and a PCMCIA wifi card will be the simplest and most reliable way to upgrade the laptop to support wifi. You can pick these up for pennies on eBay - http://shop.ebay.co.uk/i.html?rt=nc...=1&_sop=15&_trksid=p3286.c0.m301 - id recommend opting for a card that supports "G" specification.
