What departments would I have to contact in the council if I wanted to get permissions to 1 try to arrange a UE of inside Byrne Avenue Baths (get photos, video etc possibly before it disappears) 2 clear some of the foliage from around the Boode Memorial in Breck Rd Though I doubt it in this day and age of Health & safety

try the council website derek, some of the headers on there may give you heads up on which department to get in touch with. Estates will be the office for your UE. Environment probably for your Bood Memorial.
