Hello
Where can skim heads other than Birkenhead Engines?
Does it cost/Rough estimate to inspect a head?
Whats to stop the company saying it needs a skim when it doesnt?
A guy I know at work needs it doing and doesnt want to be 'had off'

as chris said just take it in to mep. to be honest unless it's banana shaped the only way to check a head is to skim it.

Chris, how much are we talking about? Is that to inspect or skim? use a straight edge on the head and see if you can get a feeler gaude under, and check for any light penetration, if in doubt just get it skimmed. £40 well worth it, if your keeping it
